Poetry

Poetry became part of my creative practice while I was incarcerated. Shared through publications, performances, and community spaces, these poems explore grief, wonder, identity, love, and justice through the lens of what it means to be achingly human. An invitation to slow down, pay attention, and celebrate anyway.
